Welcome to the Shine Community

Hi everyone, and welcome to the Shine Community!

This is a space for the people who make Shine what it is: sellers, makers, collectors and shoppers. Here you can ask questions, swap tips with other sellers, get feedback on your shop and keep up with official news from our team.

Where to start
• Say hello in Introductions and tell us what you make or love to find.
• Have a question about running your shop? Try Managing Your Shop, Shipping & Fulfillment or Marketing & Promotion.
• Want honest, friendly feedback? Post in Shop Critiques.
• Shopping on Shine? Buying on Shine is the place for order and payment questions.

A few tips
Search before you post: someone may already have answered your question. Follow a board or a discussion to get notified about new replies. If a reply solves your problem, mark it as the solution so others can find it too. And if you see something that breaks our guidelines, use Report so our team can take a look.

Before you post, please take a minute to read the Shine Community guidelines (pinned in Announcements). They keep this a helpful, welcoming place for everyone.

We're glad you're here.
