Do SHINE gift cards expire?
No. SHINE gift cards don't expire and have no fees.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Sign in, go to Redeem a gift card and enter the 16-character code. The full value is added to your account credit.
When will my recipient get their gift card?
Email gift cards are sent right after payment, or on the date you schedule. Printable gift cards are ready as soon as you pay.
Can I get a refund for a gift card?
Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
What if the recipient lives in another country?
Gift cards are issued in the currency you pay in. When they're redeemed, the value is converted to the recipient's account currency at the current exchange rate.
