Digital Marketplace

1. Eligibility

To become a seller on our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid account. You must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Products must be original or properly licensed. Prohibited content includes copyrighted material without permission, malware, and illegal content.

3. Fees & Commissions

The platform charges a commission on each sale. The current commission rate and any applicable fees are displayed in your seller dashboard. We reserve the right to modify fee structures with 30 days notice.

4. Payments & Payouts

Earnings from sales are deposited into your seller balance. Payouts are processed according to the schedule and minimum thresholds specified in your seller dashboard. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and withholding requirements.

5. Customer Support

Sellers are expected to provide reasonable customer support for their products, including responding to buyer inquiries within 48 hours and resolving disputes in good faith.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload. By listing products on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your products as necessary to operate the marketplace.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, outstanding balances will be paid out according to our standard payout schedule. The platform may suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these terms.
